3.3 KYC Verification. tala88 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tala88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. tala88 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within 30–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. tala88 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. tala88 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. tala88 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

7.1 All games available on the tala88 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tala88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
11.2 tala88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 tala88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tala88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tala88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 tala88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 tala88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts.
